I'm Brian Smith, a professional photographer.

I specialise in nature and plants, and have been a professional photographer for nearly ten years, and still love the job.

My work has been shown in many galleries here in my home town of Dartmouth, and in other galleries around the country, including London.

I first found an interest in photography when I was 16, and used to take photos of various things that attracted my attention. I went on to study graphic design at college, then studied photography for three years.

Something I am often asked is "do you ever run out of things to take pictures of?!" And I reply, no; because I always find something to photograph, and if you take as much of an interest in photography as me, you'll always find something.
